Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

Leipole Electric (hereafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that all products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

  • Standard Products: 12 months from the date of shipment.

  • Replacement Parts: 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period (whichever is longer).

2. Technical Compliance & Installation

Warranty is only valid if the products are installed and operated according to the technical specifications provided by the Company. This includes:

  • Correct voltage and environmental conditions (IP rating compliance).

  • Installation by a qualified electrical technician.

  • Proper maintenance of filters and cooling units (e.g., ensuring fan filters are not clogged).

3. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, wiring, or maintenance.

  • Power surges, lightning, or unstable electrical supply.

  • Normal wear and tear (including the natural degradation of filter media).

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.

  • Use in environments exceeding the product's rated temperature or humidity limits.

4. The "B2B Limitation" Clause

As an industrial supplier, our liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective component.

Important: Leipole Electric shall not be held liable for labor costs, loss of production, or damage to other equipment inside the enclosure resulting from a component failure.

5. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. RMA Request: Contact our support team with your order number and a photo/video of the defect.

  2. Technical Review: Our engineers may request specific data (e.g., ambient temperature, load data) to determine the cause of failure.

  3. Return: If an RMA is authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit back for inspection.
