JBK5 Series Single-Phase Control Transformer, 40 VA – 5000 VA

The LEIPOLE JBK5 series is a single-phase control transformer for demanding industrial environments, with improved safety features and voltage stability. It provides isolated control, signal and lighting voltages for machine-tool, automation and power-distribution control circuits from a 380 V or 220 V AC supply. Winding capacity distribution can be configured to customer requirements.

JBK5 single-phase control transformers supply isolated 24 V, 110 V and 230 V control voltages in machine tool control circuits, CNC and packaging machinery, conveyor systems and industrial automation panels. Stepping down a 380 V or 220 V AC mains supply to safe control and signal levels, they power contactor coils, relays, PLC I/O, pilot lights and solenoid valves with stable output across 40 VA to 5000 VA.

In switchgear, MCC panels and power distribution boards, the JBK5 separates control and lighting circuits from the main supply, with configurable control and signal/lighting windings. Larger 1000 VA to 5000 VA ratings in horizontal or vertical mounting suit HVAC plant control, pump and fan stations, water treatment and building automation enclosures where a dependable control power transformer is required.
