JWT6013 Electronic Humidity Controller

The LEIPOLE JWT6013 is an electronic hygrostat for 35mm DIN-rail installation in electrical enclosures. It monitors relative humidity and switches its outputs at the configured setpoint to protect internal components from moisture, corrosion and insulation degradation. Wiring is via screw terminals. For the same function with tool-free spring terminals, see the upgraded JSK0013. Supplied in packs of 10.

  • Below setpoint: output terminal 3 remains closed (typically connected to a fan or supervisory circuit).
  • Above setpoint: output terminal 4 closes to energise an enclosure heater. Raising the internal temperature lowers relative humidity and eliminates the risk of condensation.

The LEIPOLE JWT6013 electronic hygrostat monitors relative humidity inside electrical enclosures and switches its outputs at the configured setpoint. When humidity rises above the setpoint, it energises an enclosure heater to raise the internal temperature and lower relative humidity, preventing condensation, corrosion and insulation breakdown on terminals, PCBs and busbars.

It is well suited to outdoor and telecom cabinets, switchgear, control panels in wash-down or coastal environments, water treatment and pumping stations, and any enclosure with large day/night temperature swings. Combine the JWT6013 with LEIPOLE JRQ PTC enclosure heaters for anti-condensation heating and with LEIPOLE filter fans for air exchange, alongside a LEIPOLE thermostat for complete temperature and humidity control.
